Have regulations for the MHP Act been issued?

The regulations under the new law have not yet been issued. The Secretaries of Health and Human Services, Labor and Treasury are required to issue regulations by October of this year. Aetna will closely evaluate those regulations when issued, and we may revise our practices if those regulations change our view of what the law requires.
